2008-2009 Boat Launch
Ramp List
Updated By Steve Asselta
the week of April 28, 2008
Warning! This is Copyrighted Material and
is NOT to be used other than finding a ramp.
Duplication on any other Internet site is a
violation of copyright law!
We were the first to bring you this info years and
years ago...and while they say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...and funny how others
are copying everything we do now...however copyright violation
is a serious thing and in
legal action we were victorious!
Folks, you have NO IDEA what it was like trying to put
this list together. Dealing with town or city governments,
employees and town clerks who seem to have no idea that their job is to dispense
information to the public, and the lack thereof and the amount of phone calls, lost
connections, transferring calls and lack of general knowledge that is required to do
their job was unbelievable to put it mildly! It
was excruciating...but worth it if you use this information.
Be advised though, listings are subject to change and any fees
associated with
these ramps and their regulations are the sole
responsibility of the towns and villages in which they lie. Phone numbers provided are the
first place to look for answers if you have questions. Some will put you in contact
with the ramp site themselves, while others may put you in touch with an agency or town
representative and may only be answered during business hours. Dont wait until the
day you decide to sail to find out any specific details needed to have an enjoyable day.
If any ramp sites are omitted, feel free to contact me so I may update your favorite ramp.
This list was prepared with many, many hours of research and phone calls. I hope you enjoy
the effort and good fishing!
